Analyst, Quality Management Systems Improvement

The Analyst role is responsible for system standardization, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Facilitate integration and standardization of Quality and Food Safety systems across manufacturing plants to ensure uniformity and efficiency Identify and implement system enhancements that improve automation, accuracy, and data accessibility, including improving data collecting and reporting methods to streamline and standardize the process across all facilities Drive Enterprise Quality KPI dashboard data collection and trending analysis routines Work closely with FSQA, IT, Marketing, R&D, and other departments to align system functionalities with business needs Develop and deploy a Quality and Food Safety framework toolkit, including best practices, system development, and data standardization Simplify and standardize Quality and Food Safety data, turning it into valuable information to enable real-time analytics and enhanced decision-making Develop and analyze QA and Food Safety data to identify trends, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and usability. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards and reporting tools for improved decision-making Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within Quality and Food Safety software Develop and refine document control, specification management, and statistical process control systems to enhance data accuracy and usability Collaborate with QA leadership to develop best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting Analyze trends in Quality and Food Safety data to support process improvement recommendations Stay updated on software developments and ensure systems are used efficiently Develop and Improve Quality Onboarding/Training Program of QA Leaders to ensure alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements Develop and implement a quality and food safety culture toolkit, including onboarding, engagement initiatives, and reward/recognition programs Support change management efforts related to new system implementations and upgrades Work with QA Directors and Food Safety teams to ensure policies and procedures in SharePoint are up to date and effectively communicated Assist Quality Assurance Managers in enhancing the effectiveness of audit corrective action processes, such as CAPA trend reports Strengthen customer and supplier-based risk mitigation strategies by improving data utilization and reporting Partner with Business Intelligence teams to enhance compliance reporting and data visualization in SAP Analytics Cloud Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term strategies for system improvements and digital transformation Assist the QA and Food Safety Director in executing long-term strategic initiatives related to Quality Systems Act as a backup for other team members when needed Performs all other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience PCQI Certificate required Proficient use of computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and related software or application Strong attention to detail, ability to manage data accurately, and effective cross-functional communication Ability to manage complex projects including software implementations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter and can get work done accurately with minimal supervision Ability to effectively interact with personnel in other departments and maintain positive working relationships Ability to think independently, analyze problems, and recommend solutions Prior experience with Quality and Food Safety software management Proficiency in SharePoint, SAP, and other applicable Quality and Food Safety software systems Benefits Health and disability insurance Retirement savings options Flexible spending accounts Employee assistance programs Educational assistance Parental leave Paid time off Company-paid holidays Company Overview San Antonio-headquartered C.H.
