Analyst or Associate, Asset Management (Solar)
DESRI is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as an asset management analyst or associate. The role offers the opportunity to participate in the development, acquisition, and management of renewable energy assets in an inclusive and engaging work environment.
Requirements
ā¢ A bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, business administration, or a related field is required
ā¢ Master's degree in any of these fields is a plus
ā¢ Intellectually curious candidates with a passion for optimization and proven experience in asset management, operations, or project management within the renewable energy industry (PV or BESS)
ā¢ Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices
ā¢ Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and contract management
ā¢ Impressive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
ā¢ Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
