ANALYST I

They are seeking an Analyst I to investigate Unemployment Insurance claims and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities Perform an in-depth, thorough investigation of Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims Work closely with the unit manager or journey-level BAM analyst conducting accurate reviews of selected BAM cases Assess the accuracy and conformity to the Department's UI program and other policy and procedures Analyze state and federal laws and regulations to ensure the State continues to administer the UI program effectively and efficiently while protecting the integrity of the UI Trust Fund Conduct eligibility determinations Skills Fluency in the Spanish language UI or comparable program knowledge and experience Extensive UI or comparable experience in conducting eligibility determinations Ability to perform in-depth investigations of Unemployment Insurance claims Ability to conduct accurate reviews of selected BAM cases Ability to assess accuracy and conformity to the Department's UI program and other policy and procedures Ability to analyze state and federal laws and regulations Ability to conduct interviews with employers, claimants, and field office staff Ability to meet the Department of Labor's quality measurement standards Company Overview When you turn to us, we have a program that can help you reach your goals.
