Job Description
Role Summary: As a Supply Planning Analyst Jr. for Liquidations, you will play a key role in minimizing waste through effective cost avoidance strategies tied to the donation process. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to learn and grow within the organization. The role is highly process-oriented and repetitive, providing a strong foundation in supply chain operations.
Main Responsibilities
β’ Identify products eligible for liquidation and donation within the supply chain.
β’ Coordinate and execute donation orders, acting as the main point of contact with donation partners.
β’ Collaborate with the liquidation sales team to ensure timely and accurate product allocation.
β’ Track and follow up on donation orders, ensuring proper documentation and completion.
β’ Code and categorize products for donation, liquidation, or disposal according to internal guidelines.
β’ Maintain accurate records and reports related to donation and liquidation activities.
β’ Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize the liquidation process.
β’ Communicate and generate documentation in both English and Spanish as needed.
Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
β’ No prior experience required.
β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
β’ Ability to work effectively in repetitive, process-driven tasks.
β’ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
β’ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
β’ Basic proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
β’ Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Preferred Skills
β’ Interest in supply chain, sustainability, or cost optimization.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
β’ Customer service orientation.
