Analyst, Financial Reporting Group
Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman is seeking an Analyst for their Financial Reporting Group to join their team of dedicated professionals. The Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and assembling information to assist in the preparation of various financial reports in support of servicing clients. Responsibilities Assist in gathering and organizing information to onboard new clients Review General Ledger activity of basic and moderate clients to ensure accurate coding of activity Ensure the timely and accurate entry of investment activity for basic and moderate clients and prepare reports Prepare and review information to support the preparation of financial reports which include but are not limited to: Budgeting and projections Cash flow reports Monthly financial statements Net worth statements Tax packages Meeting packages Limited communication with client representatives via phone, email, and in-person Other projects and duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's Degree is required; preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Moderate understanding of the bookkeeping process from start to finish Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements Ability to work with minimal supervision and under very tight deadlines Ability to learn new systems and process information quickly Well-organized and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skill Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 1 -3 years of experience in business management or a similar role is highly preferred Proficiency in investment software such as Addepar Benefits Annual bonus Comprehensive benefits package Company Overview Founded in 1967, Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman ("GRF") is a leading full-service business management firm for an exclusive assortment of entertainers, executives and select high net worth individuals.
