Analyst, Finance Operations - Credit

They are looking for an Analyst, Finance Operations to join their Finance team, responsible for overseeing core financial processes and supporting the cash collections team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the cash collections team on the daily activities (retrieving copies of PDF invoices and PO’s)Enter and upload invoices into the system as neededSupport on accounts reconciliation, sorting, coding, and matching invoices with PO'sRetrieve payments and ensure funds are properly posted on the right customers’ accountsMonitor accounts to ensure payments are up to dateInvestigate discrepancies by coordinating with internal business partnersMaintain detailed records of customer communications and payment statusIssue statements in excel and provide any other ad hoc report as requiredPrepare analysis of accounts and monthly reportsAssist Cash Application Team to ensure payments are applied on a timely fashionInterface with other internal stakeholders and various functions (i.e. CS, Pricing, Commercial, Tax) on issues affecting the AR and assist them whenever requiredProvide supporting documentation for auditsMaintain accurate historical recordsSkills1-3 years of experience in related fieldBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to clearly and professionally communicate with customers, peers and senior managementEnthusiastic, cooperative, and positive attitude, willing and able to work with minimal supervision/directionHigh attention to detailExcellent time management skillsWorks under direct supervision and receives detailed instructionsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills in partnership with a teamInterest in and aptitude for a role in Finance is essential - excellent numerical and analytical skillsKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is requiredBilingualism including French is an assetSAP experience is an assetBenefitsA wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-beingCompany OverviewEmpowering you to deliver care with confidence.
