Analyst - Finance Operations

Riveron is searching for a Finance Operations Analyst to be responsible for client billing, accounts receivable, and other general accounting functions. Qualifications: Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel Bachelor’s degree in a finance related field preferred 1+ years of experience working in a corporate or client service setting preferred OpenAir experience is a plus What You’ll Do: Billing and Accounts Receivable Expense report tracking and analysis for billable and non-billable expenses Coordination with third party billing as required Support billing team as needed and perform other duties as assigned Direct interaction with Managing Directors regarding any billing questions or discrepancies Who You Are: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service You bring strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems You have ability to juggle competing priorities/deadlines You must uphold the highest level of professionalism, as well as confidentiality You are independent and self-motivated while also working collaboratively with others You come with experience in data analysis, trend analysis, and/or financial statement analysis You demonstrate ability to be flexible and work in ever-changing, dynamic environments You have the ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately About Riveron: At Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high-growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
