Analyst, Finance Operations

They are looking for an Analyst, Finance Operations to join their Finance team, overseeing core financial processes and ensuring accuracy in financial operations. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and involves responsibilities such as invoice validation, data tracking, and audit preparation.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate invoices and payment requests to ensure accuracy, proper coding, authorization, and compliance with internal policiesCollect, organize, and retrieve supporting documentation required for invoice processing, payment review, and internal inquiriesEnter and upload invoices into financial systems accurately and in a timely mannerApply a basic understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and internal controls to support routine financial operationsInvestigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies by coordinating with internal business partnersMaintain records, track data, and support reporting activities using foundational Excel skillsPrepare documentation for audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for reviewProvide supporting documentation to internal and external auditors during audit processesSkills1-3 years of experience in related fieldStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to communicate clearly and professionallyEnthusiastic, cooperative, and positive attitude, willing and able to work with minimal supervision/directionHigh attention to detailExcellent time management skillsWorks under direct supervision and receives detailed instructionsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills working in partnership with othersInterest in and aptitude for a role in Finance is essential - excellent numerical and analytical skillsKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is requiredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredBilingualism including French is an assetSAP experience, is an assetBenefitsCardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.Company OverviewCardinal Health is a manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products.
