The Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial and valuation analyses for various purposes, working closely with senior team members and developing a professional network.ResponsibilitiesWill be tasked to work on a variety of financial and valuation analyses for a variety of purposes, including litigation/expert witness matters, financial reporting, fairness opinions, investment valuations and income taxPrepare valuation analyses, detailed financial models, written reports and presentationsWork closely with Managing Directors, Directors and Vice Presidents in a growing practice areaDevelop a network of corporate, legal and other professionalsSkillsSome valuation and accounting experience preferred but not essentialStrong understanding of accounting fundamentalsStrong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with corporate clients and their legal and other professional advisorsExcellent analytical and quantitative skills and ability to perform in-depth analysisAbility to balance multiple priorities while remaining detail oriented and ensuring projects meet timelinesAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointCPA, CBV or CFA designations or pursuit thereof is preferredCompany OverviewKroll is a provider of risk solutions that helps clients make confident risk management decisions.
