Analyst - Diligence (Hybrid)

They are seeking an Analyst in their Diligence Services team to perform due diligence services and provide field examination reports to lenders based on operational effectiveness and collateral performance of borrower companies. Responsibilities Conducting management interview and inquiry to identify risk management issues and evaluate operational effectiveness of the company Testing compliance with lender reporting Performing sample-based testing, verification and other documentation-based analysis Preparing reporting which highlights key findings Participating in meetings with potential / existing lenders and delivering findings in a concise but effective manner Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Accounting Degree or CPA a plus 1-3 years financial analysis experience or accounting-related field (actual level will be commensurate with candidate's experience) Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint) Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Basic accounting knowledge Strong quantitative and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work under time constraints and meet aggressive deadlines Collaborate effectively with others Desire to work in a fast-paced environment Consumer lending or accounting experience a plus Benefits Cash bonuses Long term incentives Health insurance Accident and life insurance Retirement benefits A variety of medical and dental plans Vision coverage Disability and life insurance 401(k) plans A robust suite of personal well-being benefits to support your mental health Company Overview Hilco Global is an international financial services company.
