The Analyst, Digital Shelf Content is responsible for driving the operational execution of product detail pages, ensuring content accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various teams to deliver best-in-class content.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of brand activation content across copy, imagery, and enhanced content for innovation, restage, redesigns, and strategic optimizationsCreate temporary copy for launches and fast-turn needs under brand and legal guidanceManage legal feedback collection process and consolidate updates with proper version controlPerform final content reviews and validate child SKUs for accuracy and completeness against all feedbackTrack product lifecycle updates and activation timing to align with execution needs, dependencies and retailer specs in partnership with the Omni-Syndication teamManage content submission tracking, approval follow-ups, and internal project status reportingLead project management documentation hygiene in collaboration with Content agency to ensure cross-functional materials are organized in SharePoint and AsanaSupport asset and image spec audits in partnership with agencies and Omni-Syndication partnersSupport full integration of Danone BUs into our Digital Shelf content processes and cyclesIdentify content gaps, inconsistencies, errors and partner to implement correctionsSupport A/B testing execution and documentation across content effectiveness tools and AI-driven insights in collaboration with Content Agency and Digital Ecosystems & Capabilities TeamApply approved optimization recommendations across PDP elements in partnership with Content Agency and Omni-Syndication teamSkills1–2 years of experience in digital content, eCommerce coordination, or marketing operations preferredStrong attention to detail; eagerness to grow in digital shelf contentExperience supporting cross-functional project workflows preferredHighly detail‑oriented and process‑disciplined, with the ability to flag issues earlySelf-starting and proactive leadership style - takes initiative and can hit the ground runningCollaborative and responsive across cross-functional partnersComfortable operating within structured workflows and approval systemsCreative eye for what will drive consumer conversionAbility to balance analytical and creative mindsetProven strength of building relationships and managing agency partnershipsPassion for delivering best in class content to both the consumer AND customerExperience with content workflow and approval processesEffective at managing multiple stakeholders and projects & connecting the dotsStrong version control and documentation disciplineFamiliarity with PDP best practices and retailer content requirementsProficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow toolsWorking knowledge of SEO copy and digital content fundamentalsBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPrescription Drug Coverage401k PlanWellness ProgramLife InsuranceTuition ReimbursementFlexible Time OffPaid Parental Bonding LeaveCaretaker benefits18 weeks of parental bondingFertilitySurrogacyAdoption benefitsPet insuranceCompany OverviewDanone produces and distributes a wide range of food and beverage products focused on nutrition.
