About the position The Analyst position within BlackRock's Trading Documentation Services team offers a dynamic opportunity to manage the onboarding of funds and client mandates to master trading agreements. This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with both internal and external partners to facilitate trading operations. The Analyst will contribute to risk management, operational improvements, and participate in firm-wide initiatives, all while aligning with BlackRock's core principles of innovation and fiduciary focus. Responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with BlackRock colleagues and service providers. • Assist in managing service provider relationships to ensure successful delivery of contracted services. • Collaborate with external counterparties to set up, maintain, or terminate trading relationships. • Learn and utilize third-party platforms to engage and execute onboarding processes. • Update legal agreements for new accounts to master agreements, including ISDAs and GMRAs. • Monitor and review third-party documentation platforms. • Input legal and derivative static data into systems to support trading and collateral processes. • Represent external parties including clients, auditors, and consultants when required. • Adhere to operational risk management targets. Requirements • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in finance or contract management. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English. • High attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Technologically-minded with the ability to learn various systems and provide feedback. • Desire to offer high customer satisfaction and drive operational improvements. • Organized and focused, capable of meeting tight deadlines in a high-risk environment. Nice-to-haves • Background in finance and/or contract management is desired but not crucial.
