Analyst - Compliance Regulatory Engagement, GFCC Governance

They are seeking a U.S. AML Regulatory Engagement Analyst to support the GFCC team in overseeing regulatory engagements and managing exam processes. This role involves administering regulatory exams, project management support, and tracking regulatory responses for the organization. Responsibilities Administering external regulatory exams and other non-exam regulatory engagements on behalf of GFCC, which will include accurate and timely submission of requests Project management support for cross-team remediation of U.S. regulatory and audit findings Tracking regulatory responses for consistency and increased agility in responding to duplicate or similar requests Supporting internal compliance reviews or audits Supporting enterprise GFCC priorities, as needed Skills 1+ years of experience in any of the following: BSA-AML compliance, risk management, program management, and regulatory matters Project management experience Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in all aspects of the job and with multiple audiences in mind Strong leadership skills with the ability to think/operate independently, motivate, engage and influence Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across multiple teams Professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CFE) Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Etc.)
