Analyst, Accounts Receivable

The Analyst, Accounts Receivable will analyze and interpret contracts for input into SAP, maintain contract reconciliations, and create invoices for external customers. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations Create and submit invoices to our external customers Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise Skills This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or other related field and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree Approximately 6 months of experience in a setting requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions Ability to produce and modify Microsoft Power Point presentations Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment Ability to support multiple time zones Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Short-term disability Long-term disability 401(k) match Flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules Employee assistance program Employee Scholar Program Parental leave Paid time off Holidays Company Overview RTX operates as an aerospace and defense company as it solves the hardest problems in aerospace and defense.
