Analyst, Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support the daily execution of the Accounts Receivable function and assist with ongoing initiatives to improve efficiency, data quality, and automation across the AR process.ResponsibilitiesSupport efforts to identify opportunities to automate or streamline AR processes and reportingParticipate in accounting transformation initiatives, including evaluating and testing AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity and efficiencyAssist with preparing and issuing customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and accounting policiesSupport cash application activities, including posting and reconciling customer paymentsAssist with collections activities by monitoring aging reports, following up on past‑due balances, and helping resolve customer billing questionsPerform accounts receivable reconciliations, including reconciling the AR subledger to the general ledgerSupport month‑end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry support, and variance analysisMaintain accurate customer account records and supporting documentationPartner with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Operations) to resolve discrepancies and improve billing accuracyProvide support for internal and external audits, including SOX documentation and audit requestsAdhere to internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance requirements, including segregation of dutiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM‑related field1+ years of relevant experience, including internships or co‑op experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the US permanently without employment visa sponsorship required now or in the futureInterest in or exposure to data and analytics tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI or other BI tools, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or similar technologiesBasic understanding of AR processes, internal controls, and reconciliation practicesInterest in automation, data analytics, and emerging AI applications within accounting and financeFamiliarity with NetSuite system is a plus but not requiredBenefitsHybrid Environment: Our employees enjoy a mix of working in the office and from homeFree Food: We provide free lunch for employees when they are working in the office.
