All Jobs > Legal Inventory Lead Amur Equipment Finance Inc Apply Legal Inventory Lead Fully Remote • Remote Worker - N/A Apply Description The Legal Inventory Lead is responsible for overseeing assigned legal matters from placement through resolution. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and outside counsel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and focused on driving timely, effective case outcomes through proactive case management and resolution efforts. Key Responsibilities Oversee portfolio of legal cases from initial placement through final resolution, driving assigned matters toward resolution and actively pursuing case progression and resolution strategies consistent with legal, business, and risk objectives Identify opportunities to accelerate resolution, reduce exposure, and improve case outcomes Track case deadlines, court dates, filings, and critical milestones Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Coordinate with attorneys, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with court rules, procedural requirements, and internal policies Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in case management systems Assist with discovery, document production, and evidence management as needed Communicate case updates clearly and professionally to internal teams and leadership Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of experience in legal case management, litigation support, or a related role Strong understanding of legal procedures, filings, and deadlines Excellent organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in litigation, collections, or commercial finance law Experience working with outside counsel or high-volume caseloads Paralegal certification a plus (not required) Competencies Results-driven mindset with a focus on timely and effective resolution Proactive case ownership and follow-through Professional judgment and discretion Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving mindset Adaptability in a fast-changing legal environment Apply View All Jobs Powered by Payroll & HR Software
