Job Title: Part-Time AML Auditor Location: Remote or On-Site (based on candidate’s location) Position Type: Part-Time Industry: Financial Services / Regulatory Compliance Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience About Us: We are a compliance consulting firm dedicated to providing regulatory oversight and support to money service businesses (MSBs), financial institutions, and tax preparers. Our team helps ensure that our clients meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements with integrity and precision. Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Part-Time AML Auditor to conduct agent reviews of AML programs, transaction records, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally as well as a willingness to learn or enhance their knowledge in the compliance field. Our operations team will plan routes based on your schedule, confirm all visits for the Auditor, set date and location on our routing app. Our reviews are app based on digital forms allowing the Auditor to use any tablet to access the system. We train our auditors on AML Compliance in-house. Key Responsibilities: • Perform AML reviews in accordance with FinCEN and state regulatory requirements • Review AML policies and procedures for effectiveness and compliance • Evaluate KYC, SAR, CTR, and recordkeeping practices • Identify deficiencies and provide actionable recommendations Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field (not required yet preferred) • Minimum of 3 month’s experience in AML/BSA compliance or auditing • Willingness to learn the MSB regulations, FinCEN guidelines, and FATF standards • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines • Experience with remote auditing tools and secure document handling Schedule & Hours: • Flexible part-time schedule • Estimated 10–20 hours per week, project-based • Potential for additional reviews based on audit volume and performance Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Choose your own hours Supplemental Pay: • Commission pay Language: • Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: • Remote (Required) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
