As a Virtual Client Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
? Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely support.
? Resolve client issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
? Provide guidance on American Express products and services, assisting with account management, billing, and transactions.
? Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to internal teams.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to ensure clients receive accurate information.
? Document client interactions and maintain records in company systems.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection standards.

Qualifications

Required:
? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Previous customer service experience is preferred.
? Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
