Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on American Express offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Adaptability: Thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
Required Skills:
Customer Service Excellence: Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating virtual platforms, online tools, and software to facilitate seamless customer interactions.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
