• * Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
• * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• * Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• * Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications.
• * Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience:
• * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Working Hours:
• * Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• * Knowledge of financial services industry preferred but not required.
• * Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes.
• * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
