2. Strong communication skills

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities
5. Customer service experience preferred
6. Proficiency in computer skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers
2. Assist customers with account inquiries and issue resolution
3. Provide product information and recommendations
4. Process payments and account adjustments
5. Maintain accurate customer records
6. Meet performance goals and targets
7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications:
