Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Assist customers with account questions, billing issues, and other concerns
Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in training and development sessions to improve service quality
