Requirements:
Β Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred but not required.
Β Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
Β Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
