Join our growing team as a American Airlines Customer Service Representative (Remote) to coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, and provide excellent service to customers and team members. Other duties include maintain accurate records and documentation, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, work collaboratively across teams and departments, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, assist with processing returns and exchanges.
