 Experience:
 * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
 Working Hours:

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 * Knowledge of airline industry regulations and procedures preferred
 * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
 * Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
