As a Cabin Crew member, you will serve as the face of American Airlines, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers.
### Responsibilities:
– Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the flights.
– Conducting pre-flight safety checks and demonstrating safety procedures.
– Greeting passengers, assisting with seating, and resolving passengers’ queries and issues.
– Serving meals, beverages, and selling onboard products.
– Providing first aid care when necessary.
– Preparing flight reports and overseeing the cleanliness of the cabin after flights.
### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High School diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to pass a rigorous training program.
– Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
– Must be able to work on flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
– Physically fit and able to manage the physical demands of the job including lifting luggage and standing for long hours.
### Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
– Higher education or certifications in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field is a plus but not necessary.
### Experience:
– Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
