• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Responsibilities
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Schedule meetings
• Manage contact lists and organize managers?? calendars
• Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Conduct market research
• Prepare presentations as assigned
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
