Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
