Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases
Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files
Assist in coordinating meetings and virtual events
Generate and prepare reports as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment
Basic knowledge of Amazon’s operational processes is a plus
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
