Responsibilities

- Liaise with internal teams such as Logistics, Customer Service, and Executive Relations
- Draft detailed and professional responses on behalf of executive leadership
- Monitor critical metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Document case history and insights to improve future processes
- Participate in regular team updates and continuous improvement discussions
