Amazon & Shopify Order Management Specialist | MCF · 3PL · Veeqo
We’re hiring an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage order processing, inventory tracking, and 3PL fulfillment across Amazon Seller Central and Shopify. This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon MCF, order routing, and inventory sync tools. You’ll own daily fulfillment accuracy and ensure inventory stays clean and in sync across platforms. Responsibilities • Process and monitor orders from Amazon & Shopify • Manage 3PL order routing and fulfillment • Maintain accurate inventory levels and restocking alerts • Execute fulfillment using Amazon MCF • Sync orders, listings, and inventory via Veeqo and Listing Mirror • Troubleshoot order, inventory, and fulfillment issues • Communicate clearly and work independently Required Experience • E-commerce operations (Amazon + Shopify) • Amazon Seller Central (orders, MCF, inventory) • 3PL warehouse coordination • Veeqo and/or Listing Mirror • Strong attention to detail and reliability Nice to Have • Multi-channel inventory management • SOP or process optimization experience To Apply: Include your experience with Amazon MCF, 3PL fulfillment, and the tools you’ve used (Veeqo, Listing Mirror, etc.).
