Amazon Product Manager (Part Time)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our Amazon Seller Central account. This role focuses on operational execution, product listing optimization, inventory management, and data-driven growth initiatives. If you have hands-on experience with Amazon FBA or FBM, strong organizational skills, and a passion for e-commerce operations, we’d love to hear from you. Tasks • Manage a portfolio of products within Amazon Seller Central. • Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, backend keywords, and images) to boost search visibility and conversion. • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain or fulfillment partners to ensure stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstock. • Track and analyze performance metrics such as BSR, CTR, CVR, and session data to identify growth opportunities. • Implement and monitor pricing strategies, promotions, and coupons based on competitor analysis. • Assist with handling customer messages, reviews, and returns in line with Amazon’s guidelines. • Ensure full compliance with Amazon’s terms of service, listing policies, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and overall account health. Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart Marketplace. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data. • Fluent written and verbal communication in English. • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
