Amazon Product Launch Manager – Private Label
This is a full time, remote and permanent position as per the US Central timezoneWe are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Amazon Product Launch Manager to lead the end-to-end launch of private label products on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product research, sourcing coordination, listing optimization, and driving successful product launches with strong ranking and sales performance.Key Responsibilities1. Product Research & ValidationIdentify profitable private label product opportunities using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and keyword researchValidate demand, competition, and profit margins before launch2. Supplier & Sourcing CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers (Alibaba or direct manufacturers)Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelinesEnsure product quality and compliance with Amazon standards3. Product DevelopmentWork on product differentiation (bundling, features, packaging)Coordinate branding, logo design, and packagingEnsure compliance with Amazon policies and regulations4. Listing Creation & OptimizationCreate high-converting Amazon listings (Title, Bullet Points, A+ Content)Conduct keyword research and SEO optimizationCoordinate product images, infographics, and videos5. Launch Strategy ExecutionPlan and execute product launch strategiesManage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)Use ranking strategies (giveaways, promotions, external traffic)6. Inventory & Logistics ManagementCoordinate shipment planning (FBA/FBM)Monitor stock levels to avoid stockoutsWork with freight forwarders and warehouses7. Performance Tracking & OptimizationTrack KPIs (sales, conversion rate, ACOS, TACOS)Optimize PPC campaigns and listing performanceAnalyze data and adjust launch strategies accordinglyKey RequirementsExperience3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Private Label businessProven track record of successful product launchesExperience managing full product lifecycle on AmazonTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of Amazon Seller CentralExpertise in PPC (Amazon Ads)Hands-on experience with:Helium 10Jungle ScoutKeepaKeyword research and SEO expertiseBusiness & Analytical SkillsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetAbility to identify profitable nichesUnderstanding of profit margins, ROI, and unit economicsCommunication & CoordinationExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience working with international suppliers (especially China)Ability to manage cross-functional teams (design, logistics, marketing)Other RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills
