About Air A Med Air A Med is a fast-growing family-owned business specializing in premium health and wellness products sold through multiple fulfilment channels. We manage everything in-house, from product listings and advertising to custom graphics and order fulfillment. This gives our team full control over the customer experience. The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Amazon Operations & Graphics Specialist to join our corporate office team. This is a dynamic position where you’ll handle day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations while being cross-trained on our in-house graphics workflow. You’ll process orders, optimize listings, support advertising campaigns, and contribute to eye-catching product visuals. Key Responsibilities Amazon Seller Central Management Accurately enter and fulfill stocking orders Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams Assist with PPC advertising setup, keyword research, and campaign monitoring Resolve customer messages / Reviews In-House Graphics Support (Training Provided, but expierence is a plus) Edit and optimize product images using our Adobe-based workflow Create lifestyle mockups, infographics, and enhanced brand content Collaborate on new product launch visuals Required: Strong computer proficiency (comfortable learning new platforms quickly) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment Professional written communication Highly Preferred (Not Required): Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign Basic understanding of Amazon PPC or keyword optimization What We Offer Comprehensive training on Amazon Seller Central and our graphics systems Opportunity to grow into advertising, content creation, or account management Competitive salary and benefits package 401K with a match Health Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
