Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Amazon Lex Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced conversational AI solutions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating voice and chat-enabled experiences using Amazon Lex and other AWS services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver highly effective and personalized AI-driven interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy conversational chatbots and voice assistants using Amazon Lex.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to define requirements and create natural language models for the bots.
• Integrate Amazon Lex with other AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch to create dynamic and scalable applications.
• Develop custom slots, intents, and fulfillment logic to enhance the chatbot’s capabilities.
• Implement and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models for seamless interactions.
• Test, debug, and refine chatbot applications to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing chatbot solutions.
• Document processes, workflows, and architectural designs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, NLP, and AWS technologies to continually improve bot performance and user experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in building conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex.
• Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) principles.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Ability to design and implement integrations with third-party APIs and systems.
• Familiarity with other AI/ML platforms (e.g., Amazon Polly, Amazon Rekognition) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
• Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, or other chatbot development frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git
