Monitor and track key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and sales, to ensure alignment and support for international eCommerce initiatives. Stay up-to-date on Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid any potential issues. Identify and implement best practices for international marketplace operations, including fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction. Continuously identify and implement new strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates on Amazon's international platforms.
