Key Responsibilities:• * Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on customer orders while adhering to quality and safety standards.• * Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by conducting regular audits, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring proper storage of goods.• * Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such , forklifts, and conveyor systems to transport products within the fulfillment center.• * Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.• * Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, inventory, or equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively.• * Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.• Required Skills and Qualifications:• * Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.• * Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.• * Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.• * Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in order processing and inventory management.• * Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.• * Adaptability: Willingness to work in various environmental conditions and adjust to shifting priorities.• Experience:• * Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this position.• Working Hours:• * Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, evenings, and weekends.
