Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers. As a Flex Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up packages from our delivery station and delivering them to customers within the specified delivery time frame.
Responsibilities:
Pick up packages from delivery stations, verify the contents for accuracy, and ensure they are adequately secured for transit.
Safely drive and operate your vehicle at all times, following all rules and regulations of the road.
Use handheld technology to manage the delivery process and communicate any issues or concerns that arise during the delivery.
Deliver packages to customers doors, respecting their property and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Manage your time effectively to ensure all deliveries are made on time.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working independently and capable of managing your time effectively.
Good customer service skills.
Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps.
Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
