Summary of Job Duties:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Replenishment Administrator to manage inventory levels and ensure timely product availability across all online channels. This role is critical to maintaining product availability, optimizing stock levels, and supporting sales through accurate forecasting and replenishment planning. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of inventory management and eComm operations.

Specific Job Duties:
• Place replenishment transfer order requests in NAV and submit excel spreadsheets to warehouses via email. (Approximately 20-25 hours a week).
• Order from Amazon Restock List Following SOPs and Formulas provided
• Ordering New Campaign SKUs
• Tracking & Ordering Newly added FBA items
• Reporting Out of Stock/Low Stock ASINs / SKUs when replenishing
• Reporting /Tracking in Excel
• Help with listings (New Listings and Updating Current Listings)
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.
• Monitor and manage product inventory across eComm platforms to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Generate and process replenishment orders based on demand forecasting, sales trends, and lead times.
• Maintain product and SKU accuracy within inventory and eComm systems.
• Resolve stock discrepancies and backorder issues efficiently.
• Product regular inventory and performance reports to support decision making.
• Support the implementation of process improvement to enhance inventory efficiency.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Two years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain, or eComm operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Basic Math Skills.

Skills and/or Training Desired:
• Ability to maintain productivity and proactive work ethic in a remote team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOP’s
• Experience in a fast-paced eComm retail environment.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with demand and forecasting or supply chain planning tools.
• Proficient in ERP systems and eComm platforms.
