Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods Pack and load products onto vans according to the company’s specifications Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher Lift packages up to 50 pounds Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift Qualifications Basic Requirements Eligible to work in the US At least 21 years of age Valid California Driver’s License Preferred Qualities Possess a positive and professional attitude Focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement Team player and leadership skills Prior experience in delivery, operation, and customer service Additional Information Compensation and Benefits $26 to $27 per hour Paid training Health Insurance and Benefits provided after approximately 30 days (if desired) Dental Plan (if desired) Vision insurance (if desired) Paid Time Off Paid Overtime Incentives and bonuses based on performance Additional Benefits Team building and professional development events Regular prize drawings and gift cards for top performers Employee recognition awards
