Position: AWS & Amazon Connect Technical Specialist/Developer

Job Description:
Seeking a technical specialist with hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Amazon Connect for a banking contact center. Responsible for setting up contact flows, integrations, security, and troubleshooting.
Tech Stack & Tools:
ā¢ Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, AWS SDKs (Python, JavaScript, Node)
ā¢ Scripting languages: JavaScript, Python
ā¢ Security: IAM, KMS, SCM, VPC, Banking Security Governance
ā¢ Deploy and configure Amazon Connect instances
ā¢ Develop contact flows, IVR scripts, and routing logic
ā¢ Integrate with banking systems (CRM, authentication, databases)
ā¢ Implement security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC)
ā¢ Troubleshoot and optimize performance.
Skills: Amazon Connect, AWS, scripting, security, banking standards
GenAI tools ā AWS Bedrock
Qualifications:
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect deployment, scripting, and integrations.
ā¢ Strong understanding of AWS cloud security and compliance standards in banking.
ā¢ Familiarity with contact center best practices and IVR development.
ā¢ AWS certifications are preferred.
