7. Ability to meet specific and often tight deadlines.
### Responsibilities
1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries through live chat.
2. Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customers complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team.
4. Update customer information and ensure all changes are recorded correctly.
5. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
6. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Amazons products and services.
7. Follow communication guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent customer service.
