In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Amazon accounts—from store setup and optimization to scaling performance and revenue. You’ll manage listings, advertising, and operational best practices while collaborating closely with creatives, marketers, and strategists to ensure every Amazon storefront is built for conversion and long-term growth.This role is ideal for someone who has handled an Amazon store from scratch and understands both the strategic and operational sides of Amazon selling.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts from the ground up, including listings, brand assets, and store structure.Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content) for maximum visibility and conversion.Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category insights to inform listing and advertising strategies.Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and ad KPIs, providing clear reports and actionable recommendations.Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across listings and storefronts.Manage inventory health, pricing strategies, and promotions in alignment with business goals.Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores (agency or in-house).Proven experience launching and scaling an Amazon store from scratch.Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.Solid understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization.Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with performance-driven decision-making.Analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.Ability to manage multiple products or accounts while meeting deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.).Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon analytics platforms.Knowledge of e-commerce operations, logistics, and fulfillment (FBA/FBM).Experience working with crowdfunding or product-launch brands.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and full remote flexibilityInternational collaboration with diverse teamsProfessional autonomy and growth opportunitiesMarketing industry exposure and professional development supportReady to Apply?Submit your resume and brief cover letter highlighting your Amazon experience through our Jazz HR portal.
