In this role, you won’t just maintain listings, you’ll actively optimize, innovate, and lead improvements that directly impact our growth on the world’s largest Online Marketplace.Are you a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for eCommerce? This position is for you! What will be your responsibilities?Own the Optimization Process: Take full responsibility for the health and performance of our Amazon product catalog. You’ll ensure listings are fully optimized, compelling, and aligned with our brand voice and goals.Think Like a Customer, Act Like a Strategist: Conduct thorough market and keyword research to craft engaging, high-converting product titles, bullets, and descriptions. Continually improve existing content to enhance visibility and conversion.Be Proactive & Data-Driven: Monitor listing performance using internal dashboards and third-party tools (e.g., Helium10). Identify trends, uncover issues, and implement optimization strategies—before problems arise.Collaborate & Communicate: Work cross-functionally with graphic design, marketing, and compliance teams to execute timely listing updates, ensure image and content quality, and support new product launches.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track changes in Amazon’s algorithm, SEO best practices, and category-specific trends. Make proactive recommendations that ensure Kitsch remains competitive and top-ranked.Independent Problem-Solving: Whether it’s troubleshooting suppressed listings or identifying why a product’s rank has dropped, you’ll take initiative, investigate thoroughly, and present clear solutions.
