⢠Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
⢠Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
⢠Fluency in written and spoken English
⢠Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
⢠Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
⢠Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
