Job Summary

Amazon Brazil is seeking dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Center Associates to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. As a Fulfillment Center Associate, you will play a vital role in the logistics chain that powers one of the worlds most customer-centric companies. Your work ensures that customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and safely. This role involves a mix of physical and technical tasks and is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and value teamwork and precision.
Key Responsibilities
• *

Receive, sort, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• *

Operate warehouse tools such as scanners, pallet jacks, and handheld devices
• *

Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
• *

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality control checks
• *

Package orders safely and securely to prevent damage during transit
• *

Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• *

Contribute to team productivity goals and deadlines
• *

Support colleagues and work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

High school diploma or equivalent (Ensino Médio completo)
• *

Basic proficiency in using handheld technology, such as scanners or mobile devices
• *

Ability to read and follow written instructions in Portuguese
• *

Physical stamina and strength to lift packages up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• *

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• *

Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Experience

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control is a plus but not required.
