About Extension eCom: We're a fast growing full service Amazon agency (grew 80% YoY in 2025) led by an ex-Amazon employee that supports Amazon businesses growth through PPC advertising, SEO, Catalog Support, Reporting, Strategy, & more. Position Summary: As an Amazon Brand Manager, Manager you'll handle the A-Z management of a team of 5-6 Account Managers. You will handle interviewing, hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, management, performance reviews, and promotions. Your goal is to build a team of high performing Account Managers who achieve client goals, and internal goals. You will also work in collaboration with our Director of Fulfillment, PPC Specialist, Team Lead, Marketing Assistant Team Lead, Catalog Manager, Team Lead, and our Operations Manager. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of Amazon/e-commerce experience • Customer facing expereince • Prior experience managing & training people • Enjoys being on meetings DISQUALIFIERS: Please DO NOT apply to this position if you: • Aren't interested in client facing roles • Aren't driven to work towards providing the best service for your client • Aren't comfortable delegating tasks across multiple team members The Pay: • Base: You will be paid a $7,000 base salary. • Churn Bonus: You will be eligble for a monthly bonus of $1,000 if your team achieves churn of less than 8.30%. Total Pay: $84,000 - $96,000 Working Remote: You will be in a fully remote role, meaning no commuting costs which on average is $5,000 in savings per year + hundreds of hours saved.
