The Role
As our Amazon Brand Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind scaling our clients’ brands on Amazon. You’ll lead a small team, communicate with clients, help optimize accounts, and create strategies that drive success for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Amazon catalogs and strong communications skills for managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Manage and delegate tasks to a remote team of Amazon specialists.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients to keep them informed of catalog updates, strategies, and issue resolutions.
• Lead initiatives to optimize product listings with keyword research and A/B testing.
• Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs, report on actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and handle communications with Amazon Seller Support to resolve any issues related to product listings.
• Keep clients informed on new Amazon features, tools, and opportunities that could benefit their business.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Amazon Brand Manager.
• Previous agency experience managing multiple brands / client accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon best practices and compliance.
• Must work USA Eastern time.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and present data-driven insights.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results and meeting client expectations.
• PPC knowledge is preferred.
