The Role We’re looking for a high-performing Amazon PPC specialist who can take full ownership of campaign strategy and execution. This is not an entry-level or support role—you will be responsible for driving performance, scaling campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple brands. Walmart experience is a plus, but Amazon expertise is non-negotiable. What You’ll Own Full management of Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) Campaign optimization focused on profitability and scale (ROAS, TACOS, CVR) Keyword strategy, bid optimization, and budget allocation Identifying scaling opportunities and testing new strategies Performance analysis and clear reporting to leadership Supporting expansion into Walmart Connect (if applicable) Requirements 2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing real budgets Proven track record of improving ROAS / scaling campaigns Strong understanding of Amazon ranking, search terms, and conversion drivers Advanced Excel (data analysis, pivots) Experience with tools like Helium 10, Pacvue, or similar Ability to work independently and take full ownership Nice to Have Walmart Connect experience Experience managing multiple brands or large catalogs Why This Role is Different Direct impact on revenue and growth (not just execution) Work closely with leadership Real ownership—no micromanagement Opportunity to grow into a senior/lead role Details Remote (Philippines-based) Paid Time Off Important We are only considering candidates with proven Amazon PPC experience .
