We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. Responsibilities include: Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu. Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required. Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Preparing Daily sales report Desired candidates should have at least 2 year working experience from a similar Work background Salary to be discussed during the interview depending on Experience ( AED 2,000 – AED 5,500) Walk-in Interview Location: Alshaya Group Office Al Barsha 1 – Dubai – United Arab Emirates Walk in interview will be conducted on invite basis only.
